Anyn Papin

With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Business in the US, coupled with Managerial and Supervisory working experience in the Philippines and highest educational attainment not only in the Philippines but also in England (Certificate in Training for Training Managers in Manchester University, Manchester, UK) and New Zealand (specializing in Economics and International Trade in Massey University , Palmerston North, New Zealand) as a scholar representing the Philippine Government. She graduated in Ateneo de Davao University as a Scholar and a Master in Business Administration(MBA)  degree holder as well. She was a University Professor and a Speaker for Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co (SGV & Co.) Management Training and Seminar at her 20's and was hired by the Government as a Local Government Officer that started in Region 7, Cebu City and promoted to the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Regional Operations, then to the Office of the Secretary as a Senior Local Government Officer at the Department of The Interior and Local Govt., Central Office, Manila and to the Local Government Academy where she handles the Foreign Scholarship Programs of the Philippines with Foreign Countries. She's also a speaker in Local Government Seminars and Training nationwide specializing in Strategic Planning, Value Formation, Total Quality Management among others. Prior to her travel in US she was hired and worked as a Sr. Corporate Affairs Manager in Pueblo de Oro Management Corporation/ICCP Group of Companies where she was exposed in the Real Estate Business. 

In her early years in  US, she worked in World Savings Bank, San Jose CA and Underwriters Laboratories Inc., Santa Clara California. She started her Real Estate Career in early 2000 at Crestline Financial and Marketing Services, Inc. as a Realtor and Loan Officer and became the Branch Manager of San Jose and Stockton, California and Las Vegas Nevada  and Vice President which also handles the regular education and training seminars of Real Estate Agents and Trainees of the company. 

Anyn is not just a well rounded, well experienced and highly educated person but  has a big heart that feels the needs of her Clients  and did her best to help each and everyone. She is a highly dignified person with  integrity, dedication and utmost service and loves working as a Team. Her passion is in the Real Estate world and her happiness is knowing that her clients are happy in their dreamed homes or investment properties .
